Purity of flavour, texture and palate length are the hallmarks here. Hand harvested fruit with about 10% receiving barrel fermentation, later blended back to add texture and complexity. Striking grapefruit and lemon zest aromatics. Wonderful palate, firmly structured with an array of gooseberry and citrus fruits. The creamy mid palate tapers off with the fruit supported by crisp acidity.
