We accept orders online in Australian dollars with VISA, MasterCard or AMEX credit cards. We do not accept payment using Diners or other cards. Credit card payments are securely processed by the eWAY Payment Gateway.
If you’re uncomfortable using your credit card online, we also accept payment by internet banking, cheque (drawn on Australian banks only), or credit card by phone. Please contact us for alternative methods.
We care about your privacy and security and only use information you provide to us for the purposes for which you provide it. When you make a payment via credit card on this site, we record your name, contact information, and the list of wines you have ordered. We also must record information relating to your age to comply with the Liquor Licensing Act 1990. Additionally, your IP address is recorded for fraud prevention purposes. We ask for your credit card information to process the payment in real time, but do not store your credit card details beyond the transaction, and we cannot view your credit card information.
Laurel Bank Vineyard uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks. All online credit card transactions performed on this site are secured payments. Payments are fully automated with an immediate response, and your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Laurel Bank Vineyard or any outside party. All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate and all transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data. eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Laurel Bank Vineyard.
We only deliver wine within Australia. Orders should be in case lots of 6 or 12 (either straight or mixed). Wine is sent by Australia Post with insurance. Postage rates will be calculated during the checkout process (and you will have a chance to review prices before payment is made).
If you are not satisfied with wine you have purchased from Laurel Bank, we will refund the purchase price for unopened bottles that are returned to us within 6 months of purchase. You must first contact the winery by telephone and we will suggest the best way of returning your remaining bottles and receiving your refund. Your Australia Post parcel post costs will be refunded; purchase price of opened bottles will not be refunded.
