Cabernet Merlot

2024 Vintage

Our Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot blend is 85/15%, co-fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured for 10 months in 30% new French oak barriques. The wine is opaque, very dense in colour. There is a splash of dark fruit aromas, ripe blackberries along with violets and herbs. Rich, full palate with dark fruits leading the way; fine-grained tannins support the fruit. Has the structure to age well.
