Pale colour. Lively nose with gooseberry and passionfruit aromas, quite intense and lots going on. Some grassiness on the palate, but honey-dew melon, passionfruit and lime stand out as well. Good texture on mid-palate due to lees stirring during the wine-making process, mouthfilling and moreish. A rounded, graceful style, easily matched with seafood or delightful on its own.
