Laurel Bank fruit has been carefully handled by Julian Alcorso at Wine Tas, Julian’s state-of-the-art winery, to provide us with a balanced and flavoursome example of this variety. The palate is intense and long, with excellent mid-palate weight thanks to judicious lees stirring. There are sherbet-like and lemoncello characters, together with guava and lime. A vibrant wine, perfectly suited to seafood dishes.
