A cooler low-yielding vintage brings us a slice of vino joy; our much-anticipated sauvignon blanc has more flavour impact and concentration as a result of low yield.

An array of citrus fruits, lemongrass and passionfruit start the ball rolling, the palate opulent and long. Barrel ferment character gives a certain texture and creaminess. Lovely acid line leads to a zingy finish.
