Our Riesling fruit is hand-picked, de-stemmed, crushed and clarified before a classic old-style cool ferment. Fruit purity is emphasised by this means and the resulting wine is a natural expression of fruit flavour.

Lime, citrus flowers and honeysuckle precede a long and intense palate with lime and grapefruit flavours, balanced with a seamless acid line and phenolic texture. Will reward cellaring.
